Welcome to EGI Interiors.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all design, manufacturing, and installation services provided by EGI Interiors Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & Payments

• All projects require a deposit payment as stated on your quotation or invoice.
• The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

We accept payments by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved finance partners.

Design & Manufacturing

• All EGI products are made to measure and built to your specifications.
• Design drawings and materials must be approved in writing before production begins.
• Once approval is received, any design changes may incur additional charges and affect delivery time.
• We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to materials or specifications if needed for manufacturing or safety.

Delivery & Installation

• Delivery dates are estimated and confirmed once production is complete.
• We’ll contact you 24–48 hours before your scheduled delivery.
• You must ensure that access routes are clear and safe for delivery and installation.
• Our installation teams handle products with care, but we cannot be responsible for existing structural or electrical issues in your property.
• Installation includes full fitting, alignment, and quality checks.

Warranty & Aftercare

We’re proud of our craftsmanship and stand by the quality of our work.

• All fitted furniture comes with a 10-year craftsmanship warranty.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or alteration
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Aftercare and maintenance advice are provided at installation.

If you ever experience an issue, please contact our aftercare team — we’ll always do our best to help.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Because all our products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
• Deposits are non-refundable after design approval unless agreed otherwise.
• In exceptional cases (e.g., supplier delays or errors), EGI Interiors may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion.

Finance Agreements

Finance plans are provided through approved UK partners.
All credit applications are subject to status and affordability checks.
Full terms and conditions of finance will be provided by the finance provider before agreement.

Website Use

By using our website (egiuk.com), you agree not to misuse it in any way, including attempts to hack, disrupt, or copy content without permission.
All written and visual content is the intellectual property of EGI Interiors Ltd.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

We may review and update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in operations, law, or policy.
